Konstantin Miller
CO-FOUNDER AND CEO
Konstantin is passionate about helping people realize their professional dreams and helping companies attract the best talent - across national borders. Using artificial intelligence, he guides candidates and employers individually and sensitively through the complex process of international job search and labor migration - as simply and pleasantly as possible.
Konstantin has been developing innovative AI solutions for HR management since 2020, including for the Adecco Group. In 2024, he decided to focus entirely on labor migration. The topic is important to him personally: his family has experienced migration themselves, which is why he knows how challenging a new start abroad can be.
Tino Schnerwitzki
CO-FOUNDER AND CTO
Tino has over 20 years of experience in the design and development of complex business applications from a wide range of industries. He is a proven expert in cloud solutions and was one of the first users of the Microsoft Azure Cloud 15 years ago. Tino's passion is to use customized software solutions to make business processes more efficient and people's lives easier so that they can focus on what really matters.
Tino and Konstantin have a long-standing collaboration and friendship. Together, they developed innovative, AI-supported solutions for the efficient management of vehicle fleets at Daimler.
